Based on one of our vision objectives, AFFORDABILITY, we have decided to provide several payment options:

    1. Full Payment
    All prospective land owners can pay in full at once. The advantage of paying in full is that these prospective land owners have priority when the allocation of land begins.
    All Full Payments are non-refundable.
    2. Installment payment
    All prospective land owners can select an installment plan that best suites them. The different plans that are available are 3months, 6 months, and 12 months payment schedules.
    In the event that the would-be land owner is not able to complete his/her payment at the specified time period, we shall return the deposited money back less a 15% fee charge. This 15% charge is for administrative, bank and several other cost.
 
    Please be advised that there is no priority of land allocation afforded to any of the installment payment options.
    3. Other Payments
   

Survey Fee: Calculated based on property value.

Legal Fee: Calculated based on property value.

These are additional fees/costs that all land owners have to pay.
